About us

Hi, we are Miranda and Sarah, two good friends who also happen to be two extremely enthusiastic advocates of the powerful tool for self discovery and healthier living called the Enneagram.  We were both introduced some years ago to the Enneagram and having found it so incredibly helpful (we could truthfully say life changing) we decided we simply had to tell others.  Hence our setting up Enneagram In Practice; a programme of ‘not for profit’ courses designed purely to introduce others to the transforming insights available through the study of this ancient wisdom. Our guidance is centred on the narrative tradition, which values the sharing of our own stories to recognise our Enneagram type.

Learning about the Enneagram is like going on a journey of discovery and Enneagram In Practice seeks to provide a straightforward, easy to access and open to all programme of introduction. Though not accredited teachers we both come equipped with meticulous research, extensive experience as facilitators and a strong desire to see others benefit from this excellent tool.

Away from the Enneagram, Miranda is a writer, researcher and university lecturer in nutrition, sport and lifestyle practice.  She has a passion for triathlon training and fundraising.  Sarah has her history in marketing, events organisation and teaching.  Considerably less energetic, she likes walking and gardening, and loves to watch the world go by in a good coffee shop.
